The City recently received a DRAFT Brownfield Redevelopment Strategy Plan. The outlines various strategies for attracting private investment and establishes clear investment goals for the local government. Together, these strategies will spur the redevelopment of several key areas in our Downtown including: the Arch Avenue/ Race Avenue corridor, the Main Street Hill, and East Main Street.
